What a magical experience for Year 9! We travelled by train and walked through the city centre and German Market. For some of our pupils it was their first train journey, their first trip to the city centre, to see an ice rink, or to see the impressive library of Birmingham. A day of firsts for so many… let alone the show itself!
The show was fantastic and it was wonderful hearing how enthusiastic the students were comparing it to the book and how well they know the text. (Well done English department!)
It really was a magical day(s) from start to finish and I’m sure the students would agree.
