Holy Trinity invited our Year 6 and existing Year 7 pupils to a fun filled Summer School which ran from Wednesday 21st July to Friday 30th July 2021. Pupils had the opportunity to take part in a range of academic and enrichment activities ranging from Science experiments to learning German. Pupils had ample opportunities to develop their literacy and numeracy skills as well as building their character attributes, team work skills and establishing positive relationships with their peers and teachers.
Pupils explored the arts through music, drama and photography. They also had opportunities to discover their spirituality through prayer workshops and RE lessons.
Pupils were encouraged to keep active and fit through our very own ‘Trinity Olympics’. All pupils keenly participated in an hour of sporting activities each and every day.
Summer School was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by all pupils and staff that attended.
We are very much looking forward to running this provision again, next summer.
A big thank you to all parents, carers, pupils and staff that made this fantastic start to the summer possible.
