Through the power of technology, the Holy Trinity School community came together virtually this morning and very much in spirit, to participate in a short liturgy, reflection and silence to honour and remember all those who lost their lives during the World Wars.

In addition to praying for our fallen heroes, we pray for all people around the world today who are engaged in conflict or war.

God spoke to us through this reading from the prophet Isaiah:

‘Nation will no longer take up the sword against nation, nor train anymore for war’.

We pray for peace in our world.
