Yesterday saw the last of our four Year 7 and 8 retreats. 7I, 7R and 7E spent the day at Alton Castle with Mrs McDonagh, Mr Hawkeswood, Mr Zamir, Ms Hodson and Mrs Henvey. They were climbing crates while in harnesses, walking blindfolded with their partners through the grounds, meditating, doing obstacle courses and considering their God given talents and gifts. Their behaviour was excellent and it was lovely to see them coming out of their shells as the day progressed. Thank you to Alton Castle and to the staff who gave up their time to make it happen. And of course to Ms McKiernan for planning everything so brilliantly.
