On Thursday 6th June 2024, our Year 10 Citizenship group went to the Birmingham Victoria Law Courts to find out more about how the UK legal system works. They found out about the History of the courts, the roles of individuals within court and sat in two court hearings and one trial.
This insight is invaluable to our pupils and allowed them to see their theory work in practice.
