We were incredibly proud of our very own Bleonit Zenuni who presented at the Speak Out final on Tuesday 4th June. He was an absolute credit to our school and we are incredibly proud of him.
It is such a massive accomplishment that he made it to the final, and he’s shown such courage and dedication. Hopefully he will hold on to this experience with fond memories and use the skills that he has acquired through this in his future life.
We will continue to work with the Speakers Trust charity next year and will be running workshops and putting students forward for the competition again, as the work they are doing to encourage young people to use their voice to effect change; have the courage to speak out on issues that are important to them; and ultimately to remind them that they are the voice of the future is so important.
