Salary Range: Grade 4

Salary Range: Point 23 (30,151) – Point 31 (37,261) Pro rata

Holy Trinity Catholic School is a thriving 11 -16 mixed comprehensive school situated in the Small Heath area of Southeast Birmingham. Holy Trinity is a founder school in the St Teresa of Calcutta Multi-Academy Company.

Good attendance is essential in ensuring that our students reach their full potential, improve their chance of success post 16, pursue a career and develop good habits that will enable them to secure future employment.

The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed School Administrator whose primary responsibility will be to lead on and manage pupil attendance advising on appropriate strategies to promote regular attendance and excellent punctuality. The role involves liaison with a range of stakeholders including pupils, parents, and school staff, and Local Authority, DFE and court officials.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role combined with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to motivate. If candidates have no previous experience in an attendance position, but have acquired a set of skills that are comparable alongside a willingness to learn, your application is also encouraged.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to join a highly committed team in a successful Catholic Secondary School. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
