The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed School Administrator whose primary responsibility will be to lead on and manage pupil attendance advising on appropriate strategies to promote regular attendance and excellent punctuality. The role involves liaison with a range of stakeholders including pupils, parents, and school staff, and Local Authority, DFE and court officials.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role combined with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to motivate. If candidates have no previous experience in an attendance position, but have acquired a set of skills that are comparable alongside a willingness to learn, your application is also encouraged.
