The Women’s Football World Cup is just around the corner and our girls were honoured to part in the biggest ever football session along with 19 other secondary schools. This event was in connection with the Girls Football Partnership (Barclays, FA, YST) as part of The Let Girls Play campaign at King Edward VI Aston School playing fields. The FA and Barclays are using the event with King Edward VI Aston Partnership as a National Case Study.

A fantastic opportunity for our Year 7 and Year 8 girls and we are very proud to say that Holy Trinity finished second and runners up in this very prestigious event!! Well-done to Miss Khan for organising this superb event for our youngsters and inspiring this excellence and well done girls!

At Holy Trinity we are highly ambitious for all of our girls. I hope all of our girls are ending International Women’s Day feeling motivated, ambitious and instilled with a belief that ‘they can achieve anything’.
