Finance & HR Manager

Holy Trinity Catholic School are looking to appoint a Finance & HR Manager who will be responsible for the financial management and HR functions of our school.
They will advise on and implement the day to day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently and that allows members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
Experience of working in a similar role would be desirable.
Applicants will need to:
· Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff and external companies
· A ‘can do’ attitude and able to multi task
· The ability to keep calm and work well under pressure
· Remain professional at all times
· Understand the need for complete confidentiality
· Support the Catholic ethos of the school
· Be prepared to undertake any necessary training
