Our Lenten Journey started this week at Holy Trinity.

On Shrove Tuesday, pancakes were made by our Year 10 students and were sold at morning break time. We were delighted that £50 was raised towards our Lenten Charity appeals.

We also held two Ash Wednesday services in school, led by Mr Bayliss.  It was a powerful witness of faith.

This year we will also be taking part in a ‘Walk Against Hunger’ challenge for CAFOD during Lent. Miss McKiernan and other members of the Holy Trinity community will be walking 200km to help eradicate hunger around the world. More details to follow.
